ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ADJUSTING THE D-HANDLE 1. Locate the wing nut on the D-Handle. Loosen the wing nut enough to loosen the D-Handle (Fig. 1). NOTE: Do not remove wing nut, washer, or bolt. 2.
