3. Separate link fabric by raising the head end and disengage the open end hooks that secure the head and foot springs together. I L H I J J K K 4. Using vise grips (I), secure the helical spring (F) to the link fabric extension (D). J D C 8. To connect the link fabric extension (D) to the head spring (J), manually raise the head spring and attach open-end hooks (C) to the head spring. Install pull tube furnished with this kit in the following manner: • For beds equipped with AC motors, use the first spring button (N) • For beds equipped with DC motors, use the second spring button (O).
