INSTALLING THE JUMPERS FOR CE COMPLIANCE (ONLY CM9700UTP16A) WARNING: To meet CE compliance standards, jumpers must be installed on channels 1 through 16. 1. Unplug the unit to turn off the power. 2. Unscrew the six, black 4-40 x 0.25-inch Phillips flat head screws that secure the cover to the chassis. 3. Remove the cover. 4.
