CAUTION For the NEBS-compliant installation of a Brocade VDX 8770-4 with AC or DC systems, use a ground wire of at least 2 AWG. Switch slots Switch slots are coded and numbered to differentiate between management module slots, switch fabric module slots, and line card slots. Management modules (MM) must be installed only in slots M1 and M2. Switch fabric modules (SFM) must be installed only in slots S1 through S3.
