9 UNIT OPERATION The following pages outline the normal day-to-day operation of your Preamplifier Tuner. The Reference 5 S2 can be controlled either from the supplied IR remote controller or directly from the front panel buttons. 10 UNIT OPERATION ADJUSTING BASS, TREBLE AND LOUDNESS Bass, treble and loudness can be adjusted using the remote control supplied or the front panel. 13 MENU DESCRIPTION Favorite Presets The Reference 5 S2 has the ability to store up to 40 presets. If a preset is selected as a “favorite preset”, the preset (PRE) +/- button will only scroll through the presets that are set up as favorites.
