Installation Mechanical Components 1. Rack Ears Prior to installing the amplifier in to a 19" rack, you will need to attach the rack ears. Installation Ventilation The Black Max amplifiers were designed to be placed on a table or rack-mounted. Sequential Turn-On Sequential Turn-On Operation Black Max amplifiers contain a sequential turn-on feature that is designed to turn on a bank of Black Max ampli- fiers, one at a time, in sequence with approximately 1 second between each amplifier.
