Setting the clock time manually When batteries are installed for the first time the display will show - - : - -. Time can be manually set with the radio switched on or off. Operating your radio using RDS (Radio data system) The Radio Data System (RDS) is a system in which inaudible digital information is transmitted in addition to the normal FM radio programme. 1.
