A patch is analogous to an instrument held by a member of an orchestra. Each patch consists of two tones; an upper tone and lower tone. You can assign the two tones to their own region of the keyboard (p. 44), and make independent settings for each tone (p. 46). ■ Selecting a patch by category The RS-50 allows you to rapidly sel
