3. PREPARING TO ChARGE 3.1 If it is necessary to remove the battery from the vehicle to charge it, al- ways remove the grounded terminal from the battery first. 12. CALCULATING ChARGE TIME 12.1 The Chart Method Use the following table to more accurately determine the time it will take to bring a battery to full charge.
