CONTROLS DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS Fuel Valve The fuel valve controls fuel flow from the fuel tank to the carburetor. The fuel valve must be ON to start and operate the mower. BEFORE OPERATION Engine Oil Level FILLER CAP/DIPSTICK Check the engine oil level with the engine stopped and the mower on a level surface. 1.
