Model Differences The external housing of the PowerBook G4 (12-inch DVI) model looks the same as the PowerBook G4 (12-inch) model except for one port. Touch a metal surface inside the computer to discharge static electricity from your body. 5. If a memory card is already installed, release it by spreading apart the tabs in the expansion slot from the notches in the card.
