14 CE3.2E ELLIPTICAL TRAINER ASSEMBLY STEP 1: (A) First make sure to connect the Wire Harness – Middle (204) and 709x 2 Wire Harness – Lower (522) as shown below. (B) Attach the Front Upright Frame (201) to the Frame (501) and 729 x 2 secure using two M10 x 94 mm Bolts (709), two ID 10mm Curve Washers (731) and two M10 Nuts (729). 731 x 2 NOTE: Make sure the wire is recessed into the frame, do not trap the wire. 15 CE3.2E ELLIPTICAL TRAINER ASSEMBLY STEP 2: (A) First make sure to connect the Wire Harness - Upper (107) with Wire Harness - Middle (204) and Hand Pulse Sensor Wire – Upper (106) with Hand Pulse Sensor Wire – Middle (205) as shown below. 733 x 4 (B) Attach the Computer (101) to the Front Upright Frame (201) using four M6 x 20mm Bolts (733). NOTE: Make sure all wires are recessed into the Console Housing, do not trap or pinch any of the wires. 101
