OVEN FUNCTION n Oven Function The BAKE and BROIL programs of your new oven have the versatility to bake, broil, defrost and k e e p foods w a rm . The oven has an adjustable thermostat with temperatures ranging from 100°F up to 500°F which allows you to prepare your fav o rite recipes according to package or recipe directions.
